LIN7-2448 : Run configure from command line does not pull in configure parameters

Created: Dec 15, 2014    Updated: Sep 8, 2018
Resolved Date: Dec 30, 2014
Found In Version: 7.0.0.0.LB21
Fix Version: 7.0.0.1
Severity: Standard
Applicable for: Wind River Linux 7
Component/s: Workbench Integration
Host OS: Linux 64
Architecture: IA64

Description

Run teh following configure command to launch the configure GUI:
$WIND_LINUX_CONFIGURE --enable-reconfig --enable-board=intel-x86-64 --enable-rootfs=glibc-std-sato+debug-wb+gdbserver+analysis+lttng2+usttrace_demo+valgrind+kernel-debug+self-hosted --enable-kernel=standard --enable-build=profiling --enable-debuginfo-split=yes --with-layer=examples/lemon_layer --with-package=heapscope,cmake,qt4-embedded --with-sstate-dir=../sstate-cache-ia64

When teh configure GUI comes up it does not reflect the configure arguments passed in from the command line. For example, my configure line specifies board=intel-x86-64, but the configure tool comes up and defaults to qemu-x86

Workaround

Select the proper configuration manually - too much time
