Wind River Support Network

Description

Even though we have enough info in wrll-intel-support layer, we need link our bsp readme with wrll-intel-support readme better. so please file a readme defect which will address following issues:

1. add DPDK into "Supported Features" in readme.hardware.
2. add DPDK/QAT in README, so far I can only see:
"AMT, RAS and Quickassist are enabled by wr-intel-support layer. Please
refer to associated READMEs for details."

I would like when customer searches keyword "DPDK" "QAT", they can
find it is related to wr-intel-support layer, and then check the
wr-intel-support README.
