Problem Description

cpan.bbclass in current oe-core has a bug for sed to makefiles.
I have already sent a patch to the oe maillist to fix this. 
http://patches.openembedded.org/patch/29013/
    
Now, I have commits to remove the .pc directory for workaround, for libxml-libxml-perl and libnet-libidn-perl. 
After oe-core has merged the patch, we shoud drop them.
