Description

1. For README, pls add infos such as "zynq uses different kernel for boot and kdump, and boot kernel can't build from project with --with-template=feature/kdump", otherwise people maybe only build one project with feature/kdump & feature/kexec to test kexec/kdump feature.

2. Need to clarify whether qemu supports cgl kernel or not in README.qemu.

3. Modify "Jumper settings for various USB modes" part in README.hardware.
