Workaround

simic could boot with kernel build from WRL & dtb file from simics 4033	package( Freescale QorIQ T4 (T4240) image files)

Steps to Reproduce

/lpg-build/cdc/fast_prod/wrlinux501/dvd_install/lx08a_12sp_5011/wrlinux-5/wrlinux/configure --enable-kernel=standard+bsp/fsl-t4xxx/simics.scc --enable-rootfs=glibc_small --enable-jobs=16 --enable-board=fsl-t4xxx

make -C build linux-windriver.build
