Problem Description

Install wrlinux products by media-less installer and install key bundle-9016/lx_wb_all_install.txt.
Following products will be installed by installer:
    wrlinux 5.0.1.1 disc 1
    wrlinux 5.0.1.1 disc 2
    5.0.1.1 bsps
    5.0.1.1 cgp add-on
    workbench 3.3.4

During the installation process, the dialog of checking required host packages are prompted twice.

Expected Behavior
======================
Check required host packages one time.

Observed Behavior
======================
The required host packages are checked twice in one installation.

Steps to Reproduce

step 1; /installer_media/DVD-R174758.1-1-03_set/DVD-R174758.1-1-03/setup_linux -sdf http://pek-cdftp.wrs.com/r1/wrlinux501/wrlinux-5.0.1/repos/lx501_pek.repos
step 2; choose install key: bundle-9016/lx_wb_all_install.txt.
step 3; notice that the required host packages are checked twice.
