A customer is using the SDK generated by make export-sdk, and one of their Python scripts used during the build process is failing due to argparse being missing from the SDK's python installation. Note that the customers same code works on an IDP XT 2.0.4 sdk, and in IDP XT 3.1, manually copying the argparse module into the sdk works as well.
