In attempting to build in a WRAXL Fedora24 image, it was found that pkgconfig-native fails on LIN8 but not on master.

Install Fedora24-64 or use a docker image.
$ configure --enable-board=qemux86-64 --enable-rootfs=glibc-std
$ make
