Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to https://windshare.windriver.com/ondemand/index.php/apps/windriver/products#download-specific with user - wrl8_test_internal_addon, download the installer
2. Minimal install product with Branch 8.0.0.1(LB13_8.0).
3. Upgrade install Branch 8.0.0.1(LB13_8.0_RCPL0001) with 
    /prod_dir/maintenance/wrInstaller/x86-linux2/wrInstaller
4. Configure a project and build fs
    configure --enable-board=intel-x86-64 --enable-kernel=standard --enable-rootfs=glibc-small --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=4 --enable-jobs=4 --with-rcpl-version=0
