Steps to Reproduce

0. build project with attached buildcmd.txt
In chapter "Software Update" in hdc Programmer guide here:
http://internal.wrs.com/engineering/engops/techpubs/docDrafts/Helix%20Device%20Cloud/Helix%20Device%20Cloud%201.0/Helix%20Device%20Cloud%20for%20IDP%20XT%203.0/wind_river_helix_device_cloud_for_idp_xt_programmers_guide/index.html
 Follow step :
1. Creating a Project Manifest
2. Creating a Project Update File
3. Creating the Software Update Package
by adding package iperf
4. Deploying the Software Update Package Manually
5. on target: check the file
 cat /var/wra/files/default/wr_install_updates.log
