Description

this issue cause kts-edf run failed on intel-x86-32 .
it  run pass on intel-x86-64

root@intel_wildcat_pass-1:~# schedtool -E -t 8000:10000 -e yes
ERROR: could not set PID 3347 to E: SCHED_DEADLINE - value out of range / policy not implemented root@intel_wildcat_pass-1:~#

Steps to Reproduce

/lpg-build/cdc/fast_prod/wrlinux80/WRL80_LB10/wrlinux-8/wrlinux/configure --enable-board=intel-x86-32 --enable-kernel=standard  --enable-rootfs=glibc-std --enable-jobs=16 --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=16 --enable-reconfig=yes --with-layer=/opt/wassp/testcase/wr-testing/ltp,/opt/wassp/testcase/wr-testing/kts --enable-internet-download=yes --with-template=feature/kts-standard

Make fs

Target:
schedtool -E -t 8000:10000 -e yes

or
/opt/wr-test/testcases/kts/edf/runtest.sh
