The archiver feature is breaking the build (this was working fine with IDP XT 2).
Install IDP 3 (drop 3 or EAR) and configure a project.
Here's my configure line:
configure --enable-board=intel-baytrail-64 --enable-kernel=idp --enable-rootfs=idp --enable-addons=wr-idp --enable-reconfig --with-layer=wr-iot --with-package=make,git,iasl,libtool,perl,ruby,subversion,autoconf,automake,curl,conntrack-tools,fuse,igmpproxy,iperf,ipset,libcli,mipv6-daemon-umip,ntfs-3g,ntfsprogs,sshfs-fuse,tftp-hpa,tftp-hpa-server,tcpdump,python-pycurl --with-template=feature/ems-test,feature/remote-session,feature/l2tp,feature/pptp_vpn,feature/bluetooth,feature/online_updates,feature/opc,feature/opc_demo,feature/vlan,feature/recovery,feature/openjdk-bin,feature/ipsec_vpn,feature/realtek,feature/target-toolchain
Then I add the following to local.conf (append at the end of file):
INHERIT += "archiver"
ARCHIVER_MODE[src] = "configured"
ARCHIVER_MODE[recipe] = "1"
ARCHIVER_MODE[dumpdata] = "1"
COPYLEFT_LICENSE_INCLUDE = 'GPL* LGPL*'
COPYLEFT_LICENSE_EXCLUDE = 'CLOSED Proprietary'
COPYLEFT_RECIPE_TYPES = 'target'
Then run 'make fs'
The build fails with the following output:

ERROR: Task do_ar_configured in /home/builduser/idpxt30_d3/workbench-4/workspace/baytrail_64_srm_noima_mec/layers/oe-core/meta/recipes-devtools/gcc/gcc-source_4.9.bb depends upon non-existent task do_configure in /home/builduser/idpxt30_d3/workbench-4/workspace/baytrail_64_srm_noima_mec/layers/oe-core/meta/recipes-devtools/gcc/gcc-source_4.9.bb
This used to work with IDP 2/WRL 5. Note that I also tried adding the -with-template=feature/archiver to the configure line and that didn't help.
