As documentation mentions (_prj/layers/wr-kvm-binary-guest-images/README), use of --with-layer=wr-kvm-binary-guest-images must be in combination with --with-kvm-guest-kernel=<ABS path to kernel .bin file> and --with-kvm-guest-img=<ABS path to rootfs image/initramfs>
