There is tcf start error on the board start up for wrlinux 7, which is confusing for customers. Actually we disable the tcf startup automatically. But the error here did not tell us its security purpose, but and could mislead customers.
There is a work-around if the problem as is claimed is that the kernel boot parameters don't have TCF=1 set, change the kernel boot parameters. With this work-around, and since the FAILURE error message is benign, then the defect priority reduces to P3.
