Build fails with features/kgdb

Workaround

$ make bbs
$ bitbake linux-windriver -c unpack
$ vim tmp/work/intel_x86_64-wrs-linux/linux-windriver/4.1-r0/kernel-meta/features/kgdb/kgdb.scc
  Comment out the last line with "#" as below
...
  #patch kgdboc-add-EXPORT_SYMBOL-for-kgdboc_init_hook.patch
...
$ bitbake linux-windriver
