Steps to reproduce: 1) setup with: $ setup.sh --machines=qemuarma9 --kernel=standard --dl-layers $. ./environment-setup-x86_64-wrlinuxsdk-linux $ . ./oe-init-build-env build_test 2) build $ bitbake libseccomp $ bitbake gnutls gnutls needs to specify use of libseccomp, not just let configure check for it. It also needs to avoid trying to reference system calls not available for ARM_EABI.
