All customers except US A&D: to ensure that you can access all of your product downloads, you must log in to the Wind River Delivers portal https://delivers.windriver.com and visit the My Products page to force an initial sync of your product entitlement. Only after you’ve completed this step will you be able to access and download product content through the Artifacts, Registry, and Git interfaces. This also applies to users attempting to run the Wind River installer in maintenance or update mode or Linux installation updates at the command line.

Steps to reproduce: 

1) setup with: 
 --machines=qemux86-64 --kernel=standard --dl-layers 

2) . ./environment-setup-x86_64-wrlinuxsdk-linux 

3) . ./oe-init-build-env build_test 

4) echo 'PREFERRED_VERSION_gnupg = "1.4.7"' >> conf/local.conf 

5) bitbake gnupg

6) grep '^TAR=' tmp/work/core2-64-wrs-linux/gnupg/1.4.7-*/image/usr/bin/gpg-zip

"TAR=" variable inside gpg-zip script don't have a consistent path on different hosts.

Steps to Reproduce

Configure a project with below config line:
configure --enable-board=qemux86-64 --enable-build=production --enable-kernel=cgl --enable-rootfs=glibc_cgl --enable-jobs=10 --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=16 --enable-reconfig --enable-rm-work=yes --with-rcpl-version=0035

$ make -C build gnupg.install

$ grep '^TAR=' build/gnupg-1.4.7*/image/usr/bin/gpg-zip
