Description

cav-octeon3 kexec/kdump should build as template feature.

Build kexec/kdump, should change kernel options
After make all, kexec-tools also not build in rootfs as default.

Steps to Reproduce

1) configure --enable-rootfs=glibc-std --enable-board=cav-octeon3 --enable-kernel=preempt-rt --enable-jobs=16 --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=16 
2) make all


Check kexec/kdump kernel options and kexec-tools
