No network after exception trigged board reboot.
dhclient also can't got ip address, eth0 will auto down.

2) make all
3) deploy images and boot target.
4) modprobe octeon-wdt
5) echo 1 > /dev/watchdog
wait boot reboot.
While board bootup, check network status.
