This is related to LIN3-35562. They were using very old bsp which had soft-float. Later on, we switched to hard-float, but customer never used that bsp version, so still using soft-float. Now, customer wants to get new toolchain for icache ibm errata #46 workaround, with new bsp version, but wants soft-float because their applications use soft-float. So we need to provide soft-float multilib to them.
