LIN6-7610 : wr-installer always partition biosboot even on a Non-EFI harddrive

Description

This problem is similar to OVP-1903 and can be reproduced in OttawaOVP target intel-flathead-creek-4. The target have 2 harddrive. From the BIOS those harddrive is NOT EFI harddrive. 

The installer partition the harddrive with biosboot file type and continue to install the target. After installing and reboot, the target cannot boot from the harddrive.

Install latest Fodera or Ubuntu and the target boot from harddrive normal. Using "parted /dev/sda" it show that the first partition is ext4 while wr-installer shown biosboot.
