The unixODBC package currently present in WR delivery contains a bug and its not thread safe during initialization. Please update to version which contains patch: http://mailman.unixodbc.org/pipermail/unixodbc-dev/2013-April/001746.html Additional info: This bug is fixed upstream, in r76 and the release containing the patch is 2.3.2
