Workaround

make -C build gzip.addpkg
make fs

Steps to Reproduce

step 1; /buildarea1/product/wrlinux-x/wrlinux/configure --enable-addons=wr-secure --enable-board=qemux86-64 --enable-kernel=standard --enable-rootfs=secure-core --with-sstate-dir=/buildarea1/build/SSTATE_CACHE --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=8 --enable-jobs=8

step 2; make fs

step 3; make start-target

step 4; cd /opt/ltp/wrLinux_ltp/

step 5; ./wr-runltp
