in wrlinux 5, if one pings a non existing IP from the same subnet, with a 0.1 window size, No buffer space available message is returned:

1. configure a wrlinux 5 project based on:

2. deploy it on the Emerson MATXM 411-WR board
3. run the ping command with a 0.1 interval size for an IP that is not currently present, from the same subnet.
