Description

EXTRA_KERNEL_SRC_URI accessed in wr-kernel/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-windriver_3.10.bb need to be set with a default value, otherwise, it may lead the SRCPV get a inappropriate value. 

Steps to Reproduce

1 change PV to be "${LINUX_VERSION}+git${SRCPV}"
   change SRC_URI to be "git://${KSRC_linux_windriver_3_10};protocol=file;nocheckout=1;branch=${KBRANCH},meta;name=meta,machine${EXTRA_KERNEL_SRC_URI}"
2 bitbake linux-windriver
3 ls build/linux-windriver*
linux-windriver-3.4+gitAUTOINC+82720539dde949f314ff83dc004b87494613efe8_machine

which is really should be like: linux-windriver-3.4+gitAUTOINC+82720539dde949f314ff83dc004b87494613efe8_c6d23e6b6b8b9ae4745226d4cd1434678d74598b-r1
