It has been noticed that from RCPL 0023 to RCPL 0024, revision number from rpm recipe (layers/oe-core/meta/recipes-devtools/rpm/rpm_5.4.9.bb) decreased as it follows:
in RCPL 0023, PR = "r65"
in RCPL 0024, PR = "r64"
PN should not go backwards, as it affects package feeds.
1. Configure a project with the mentioned config line, for RCPL 0023
2. Configure a project with the mentioned config line, for RCPL 0024
3. Compare PR from ayers/oe-core/meta/recipes-devtools/rpm/rpm_5.4.9.bb between the two
