There is a patch in wr-x86-server that will fail to apply with RCPL21. This is because another patched was introduced in the dhcp-add-exec-script-function.patch that was applied in the upstream. See https://www.mail-archive.com/openembedded-core@lists.openembedded.org/msg66547.html.
I've attached the updated patch that is in wr-x86-server/recipes/connectivity/dhcp/files
configure a project to use the wr-x86-layer.
