LIN4-31909 is in Patch History Defect List of RCPL29 README. But, any information about LIN4-31909 is not displayed by rcpl-cl.sh and rcpl-gui.sh.

1. Invoke "rcpl-cl.sh LIN4-31909", and anything is not displayed.
2. Launch rcpl-gui.sh, and filter LIN4-31909. Anything is not displayed.
