Wind River Linux SNMP logs "error on subcontainer 'ia_addr' insert (-1)" periodically.
When more than one interface uses the same IPv6 link local address, net-snmp-5.3.0.1 will periodically error on subcontainer 'ia_addr' insert (-1) to syslog and also appears to leak memory. IDENTIFIER = WIND00125497

1. Unzip the patch under [install_dir]/updates
2. "cd" into the newly created patch directory and run "./setup_linux".
3. This is a source only patch so you will have to rebuild the net-snmp package. This can be done by executing the command "make -C build net-snmp.clean" followed by "make -C build net-snmp.rebuild"
4. Run "make fs" next.
5. Upload the kernel and rootfs into the target and boot it up
