The atftp package was replaced with the inetutils version of tftp. However, for customers who depended specifically on atftp, this patch provides the atftp package again on an unsupported basis for Linux 2.0.
In order to prevent overlap with inetutils tftp, we do not want to make the symlinks to atftp for in.tftpd. If the customer wants to use atftp instead of tftp, just call atftp and atftpd instead of tftp and in.tftpd.
We do not intend to put the atftp package in any of the wrlinux layer template's pkglist.add file. A customer that wants to use atftp can create their own template with a pkglist.add file that contains atftp and configure with this template. Alternatively they can use " make -C build atftp.addpkg" to add the atftp package to an existing build environment. IDENTIFIER = WIND00118399
