Description

Attempts to "bitbake initramfs-nxp" will fail if the bitbake variable INITRAMFS_IMAGE is not defined in the project configuration, but the information printed is obscure.  We should just skip the package.

Steps to Reproduce

configure for scp-core, qemuarma9, but do not include any initramfs templates.
