Description

BB_NO_NETWORK (or set indirectly due to use of BB_FETCH_PREMIRRORONLY) but access requested with command git -c core.fsyncobjectfiles=0 clone --bare --mirror git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/rostedt/trace-cmd.git

Steps to Reproduce

/WRL8/product_install/wrlinux-8/wrlinux/configure --enable-board=x86-64-kvm-guest --enable-kernel=ovp --enable-rootfs=ovp-guest --enable-checkout-all-layers=yes --enable-addons=wr-ovp --with-sstate-dir=/WRL8OVP/build_dir/buildsystem/SSTATE --enable-patchresolve=noop
