According to the defect WIND00427637, the cgroup-lite should be installed automatically. In this way, the script cgroups-init can set up the auto start initscripts so that the cgroups are mounted before libvirt starts up.
The cgroup-lite package is NOT installed automatically.
Check the wrlinux git tree:
layers/wr-ovp/ovp/base/recipes-containers/tasks/task-containers.bb
The cgroup-lite might need to added in RDEPENDS_${PN}
1. Configure and build ovp host project
<path to WRLinux ovp DVD>/wrlinux-5/wrlinux/configure --enable-board=intel-xeon-core --enable-rootfs=ovp-kvm --enable-kernel=preempt-rt --enable-addons=wr-ovp --enable-jobs=8 --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=8 --enable-test
2. Check whether the cgroup-lite is installed by default
