Workaround

Boot the node with selinux=o enforcing=0
or
Disable enforcing via 'echo 0 > /sys/fs/selinux/enforce

Steps to Reproduce

1) node: /data/fast_prod/wrlinuxovp-50110/lv02_13sp/wrlinux-5/wrlinux/configure --enable-jobs=16 --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=16 --enable-kernel=preempt-rt --enable-addons=wr-ovp --enable-rootfs=ovp-ovirt-node --enable-board=intel_xeon_core --with-rcpl-version=0010

    engine: /data/fast_prod/wrlinuxovp-50110/lv02_13sp/wrlinux-5/wrlinux/configure --enable-jobs=16 --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=16 --enable-board=intel-xeon-core --enable-rootfs=ovp-ovirt-engine --enable-addons=wr-ovp --with-package=wrs-kvm-helper --with-rcpl-version=0010

2) build the two project by 'make fs '
3) deploy images
4) setting ovirt-engine
5) up ovirt-node to ovirt-engine
6) create storage domain(data) and iso domain
7) upload guest iso image.
8) create a vm and select console as spice
9) Run Once it using iso.
