Description

The Emerson target has 2G memory, /proc/meminfo reports less (probably swap), we
reduce the min memory requirementsin engine-setup so that the Emerson target can
run the engine.

Steps to Reproduce

Try running an ovirt-engine rootfs on the target, engine-setup fails with not enough memory error message.
