Description

The device /dev/net/tun is not being created in WRL9 if multilib is being used.

The file 50-udev-default.rules is being created in the lib64/udev/rules.d when the following parameters are used in the local.conf

AVAILTUNES += " x86 x86-64"
MULTILIBS = "multilib:lib32"
DEFAULTTUNE_virtclass-multilib-lib32 = "x86"

I already tested with a normal configuration (a local.conf without any modification, the default one) and the issue is not happening the 50-udev-default.rules is being created at lib/udev/rules.d

Steps to Reproduce

Create a project with the attached local.conf file from the customer.
