Description

All CGL builds fail with errors similar to:

> /usr/src/debug/python-cryptography/1.4-r0/cryptography-1.4/build/temp.linux-x86_64-2.7/_openssl.c:23170: undefined reference to `PyArg_UnpackTuple'
> /usr/src/debug/python-cryptography/1.4-r0/cryptography-1.4/build/temp.linux-x86_64-2.7/_openssl.c:23206: undefined reference to `PyEval_SaveThread'
> /usr/src/debug/python-cryptography/1.4-r0/cryptography-1.4/build/temp.linux-x86_64-2.7/_openssl.c:23210: undefined reference to `PyEval_RestoreThread'
> /usr/src/debug/python-cryptography/1.4-r0/cryptograph
> y-1.4/build/temp.linux-x86_64-2.7/_openssl.c:23213: undefined reference to `PyInt_FromLong'

These build failures started on: 2018-03-20 06:10 PM and are now happening several times per day in the autobuilder.
