Description

Fixed by defining wr-core-dhcp to packagegroup-wr-core-dhcp.

Steps to Reproduce

1. configure a project with --enable-checkout-all-layers
e.g. 
$configure --enable-board=intel-x86-64 --enable-kernel=standard --enable-rootfs=glibc-std --e-ca --with-rcpl-version=0011

2. look at the contents of layers/wr-base/recipes-base/packagegroups/packagegroup-wr-core-dhcp.bb

3. look at the contents of ./layers/wr-base/classes/wrlinux-image.bbclass
