Description

Each new project must be created in a new directory, that is not a child of a directory that contains a repo configuration.

This is a limitation of the repo tool.

Steps to Reproduce

clone the latest wrlinux-x from scratch 
../wrlinux-9/setup.sh --machines intel-x86-64 --base-url git://pek-git.wrs.com  --dl-layers
