On heavily loaded 32+ core systems, running 2 or more builds in parallel with many jobs and packages, there are occasional timeout failures for communication with the bitbake server.
ERROR: Timeout while attempting to communicate with bitbake server
Steps To Reproduce:
1. configure --enable-board=qemuarm64 --enable-rootfs=glibc-std-sato --enable-kernel=standard
2. make fs
