Add "examples/layer", then click "Rescan Layers", when finished Rescan layers, you will find extra boards separate button will disappear.
We can only reset the main boards. Other boards can not be reseted.

1) Launch workbench, File->New->Project->Wind River Linux->Wind River Linux Platform Project;
2) Set board to"qemuppc" "qemuarma9" "qemumips64"
3) Click "Add Layer..." button, add "examples/lemon_layer", then click "Rescan Layers" button;
4) We can edit main board, but can not edit other boards
