Description

The feature template and recipe file for ntp428p14 are missing, this causes the following error:

ERROR: Could not locate feature template: feature/ntp428p14

The changelog for RCPL 33 mentions that ntp428p14 is available:

Steps to Reproduce

Configure project with BSP which supports ntp:

configure --enable-board=intel-x86-64 --enable-kernel=standard --enable-rootfs=glibc-std --with-template=feature/ntp428p14 --with-rcpl-version=003
