Steps to Reproduce

1. configure --enable-board=intel-x86-32 --enable-kernel=standard --enable-rootfs=glibc-std --enable-jobs=8 --enable-parallel-pkgbuilds=8

2. Run the following commands:
make -C build edac-utils.addpkg
make -C build krb5.addpkg
make -C build rng-tools.addpkg
make -C build tftp-hpa-server.addpkg

3. make fs

4. boot up target

5. check /etc/init.d
