Description

This is actually host contamination.

setserial needs to depend on groff-native otherwise it will use groff binaries from host which might not be available (as seen in log).

That is also what the patch fixes.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce: Build windriver linux 5.0.1.9 from SState. Then force rebuild of package from source.
