Description

Starting a second QEMU session with the same rootfs should result in an error, rather than the silent halt of the first instance so that users do not lose state.

Workaround

Do not start a second QEMU session on a rootfs if one is already running.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a QEMU session against a project.

Start a second QEMU session against the project. Observe that the original session is automatically terminated and the second session is started.
