Description

Early boot time logging is not occuring.  The file /var/bootlog/post-kernel-init.log is empty after the kernel boots.

Steps to Reproduce

/configure --enable-board=intel-x86-64 --enable-kernel=standard --enable-rootfs=glibc-small --with-template=feature/boottime 
make fs
deploy to a target and boot
check the size of /var/bootlog/post-kernel-init.log
