No prompt to add the Workbench project files to the repository specifically .project when using Eclipse plug-ins of the Configuration management systems CVS, SVN.
Expected Behavior

Observe that you will be prompted to add the Workbench project files to the repository, specifically .project. Select Cancel for these dialogs.
Observed Behavior

There is no prompt at all. But if using Clear Case, there is such a prompt.

(1) For CVS, install Workbench CVS Plug-in, for SVN, install SVN server and Plug-in
(2) Create a local CVS/SVN sample repository
(3) Connect to CVS/SVN repositories
(4) Add a Layer Directory to a CVS/SVN repository
(5) In Workbench, Select File > New > Project > General > Project
(6) Un-check the box Use Default Location, and browse to the location of the layer directory. (e.g.: /opt/testcm/cm_test/cvs/user2/cmdemo/cs-binary.)
(7) Provide a name for this project, and click Finish.
