Description

Add support for Ubuntu 12

Test approach : 
    1. For common_pc_64 and arm_versatile_926ejs, configuration with : 
     * BSP : common_pc_64-cgl-glibc_cgl, arm_versatile_926ejs
     * --with-layer=wrll-internal --with-template=bigbuild_packages/x11(bigbuild_packages/no_x11)
     * --enable-hostdep-track=no
     * --enable-prebuilt-tools=no
     * --enable-force-add-depends=yes
    arm_versatile_926ejs-glibc_std gets a same build-tools as common_pc_64-glibc_cgl, so use the default --with-tools-build-dir.
    2. For other selected BSPs, with :
     * BSP : cav_octeon2-standard(cgl)-glibc_std(cgl), fsl_p2020-standard(cgl)-glibc_std(cgl), intel_xeon_3420_pch-cgl-glibc_cgl,  fsl_p50x0-cgl-glibc_cgl,  "cav_octeon_cn58xx-cgl-glibc_cgl, fsl_imx51pdk-standard-glibc_std
     * --enable-prebuilt-tools=no

Results(current) :
    I have generated 2 Ubuntu 12.04 required files (attached) from the existing version of Ubuntu 10.04, 
     * update version of some packages,
     * replace some obsolete packages.
    With these 64 and 32bit version required files, 
     * Test approach 1 results attached blow,
     * Test approach 2 passed.

Problems found : 
   Bad packages, logs attached
   ==========================================
    * librmisec, ecgl-tools, ipmi-test : Bad on WR43
    * python-ldap : Bad on Ubuntu 12.04
    * pth : build error, with no_x11, error on Ubuntu 12.04
    * `hotplug < 3:2002_01_14-2 conflicts with usbutils-0.86-2_WR4.3.0.0.armv5tel_vfp` : build error, with no_x11

    arm : 
    * [ sysklogd ] conflicts with [ syslog-ng ] : configuration error, with x11 template and passed on common_pc  
    * mesa-dri : build error
    * ace : build error, with no_x11, error on buildserver & Ubuntu 12.04(WR43 bug, filed new defect WIND00420779)
