Description

Occasionally a build of the p2020 kernel using the oe-core toolchain fails with:

  LINK    vmlinux
  LD      vmlinux.o
powerpc-wrs-linux-gnuspe-ld.bfd: cannot find libgcc.a: No such file or directory
powerpc-wrs-linux-gnuspe-ld.bfd: cannot find libgcc.a: No such file or directory

Workaround

Rerun the build. It may be necessary to build another package (like busybox), but so far every time I've seen this, it's worked on the second try anyway.

Configure with --enable-board=fsl-p2020 --enable-unsupported-toolchain=oe-core
