build project with pkg 'blktrace', then try to run "bno_plot.py --help"

# on target:

root@intel-x86-64:~# whereis bno_plot.py
bno_plot.py: /usr/bin/bno_plot.py
root@intel-x86-64:~# rpm -qf /usr/bin/bno_plot.py
blktrace-1.3.0+git0+366d30b9cd-r0.corei7_64
root@intel-x86-64:~# bno_plot.py --help
